We really enjoyed our stay here! Instructions were sent by text, the staff was helpful when I needed more supplies. The place was very private and spotlessly clean. I was concerned about the trains so close, but this was not an issue. The coffee/snack bar was awesome and saved us a morning coffee run each day. I’m from Jesup, so really appreciated this jewel for us to stay to visit family. It will be the go-to for all future visits.

This property is all it's represented to be. Charming and upscale in an area of ho-hum hotels. We stayed in the Southern Charm Room. Other than some train sounds, it was very quiet. Very comfortable accommodations and attentive hosts. Highly recommend if overnighting in Jesup.

I came across this Inn since I had to evacuate Florida due to Milton. It is very cute and clean. The rooms are small but the beds are comfy and the bathroom is nice as well. There are several places within walking distance which has been nice. Everything has been great so far!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at the Mallord Arms Inn! Our trip to Jesup, GA, was a last-minute decision to let our kids experience snow, and we were lucky to find this gem when options were scarce due to the winter storm. From start to finish, everything about our experience was wonderful. The inn is absolutely charming, with beautiful decor and so many thoughtful details that make it feel warm and inviting. We booked two rooms for our family, and they were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Traveling with small kids and their grandfather can be a challenge, but this place felt like a home away from home. We arrived after midnight due to weather delays, and the self-check-in process was quick and easy—such a lifesaver! The location is perfect, within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants, and we appreciated the coffee, snacks, and refreshments provided. It was such a thoughtful touch that everyone in our family enjoyed. The customer service was top-notch, with the owner going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can really feel the care and effort that goes into running this inn. We’re already looking forward to staying here again—whether it’s for another snow chase or just to enjoy this cozy, welcoming spot. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Jesup!

I’ve stayed here now twice with my family and it really is a great find! My wife is always looking for places like this and she really found a winner with this place. Walking distance to great food. Safe and friendly area. Snacks included that the kids go crazy over. And rooms that are aesthetically as well designed as they are functional and comfortable. The ease of checking in without a front desk to slow you down is so well executed I’m surprised it hasn’t taken off more. This is a gem of a hotel and being located in the midpoint of a common trip my family takes, has become our go to stop. I can’t recommend it more because I’ve loved it on both of our stays.

This is my other secret gem! Shhh! I come here for business, but have thought about coming for a getaway! The Mallard is the perfect place to stay. Beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable. The rooms are nicely sized and beautifully decorated. Shower stalls and beautiful bathrooms. I stay regularly and have NO complaints. The owners are AMAZING! You won’t regret staying here. . .now the chain hotel in town is another story. Stay here not there😉

Located in downtown Jesup. Rooms are upstairs in a storefront building. Very quiet and nice rooms. Clean l with excellent bed. Great little hotel.

We happened across Mallard Arms during the Peaches to Beaches Yard Sale due to other hotels being full. Boy are we glad! We love this place so much we have stayed here twice in the last six weeks. It’s very quaint, quiet, and clean. It’s our new favorite place. Very close to downtown restaurants and shops. (1/2 block) Rooms are large and nicely decorated. We actually met the owners the first visit and they are extremely nice people. Give them a chance and book a room. You won’t be sorry!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days while in town visiting family. We had booked an Airbnb initially but the listing didn't match reality and we were left scrambling to find another option. The owners were fantastic and went out of their way to get us in to see the room. Both of them were easy to reach and were very attentive. The building is beautiful and very well taken care of. We really appreciated how easy it was to come and go and the parking across from the building. The train noise was not disruptive. Complimentary snacks, coffee and the large open "lobby room" were big perks. Very close to downtown - just a short walk across the tracks - lots of food options. Gas and shopping are very close.
